Does anyone have any easy Chicken and Bacon dinner recipes?

I'm looking to make dinner tonight and here is a list of food I have:

Boneless Chicken

Potatoes (whole and mashed)

Bacon

Cheese

Anyone have any idea on what I could make?

Spice up your chicken any way you like--assuming it's raw--and pop it in the oven (at 375), covered, until it's cooked through. If it has the skin, rub a little butter on before cooking and uncover for the last 20 minutes of cooking to crisp it up.

As for the potatoes, take your mashed potatoes and mix 1/2 your cheese and cooked bacon into them--and sour cream if you have it (if not, add a little extra milk and butter)--and spread this in a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon and bake along with chicken for about 10-15 minutes. (watch to make sure cheese doesn't burn)

';Biggy'; Dinner Salad

romine lettuce chopped

4 hard boiled eggs

8 stips of bacon cooked

2 c cooked chicken strips (grilled or you can cook the frozen breaded ones) chopped

roasted pine nuts

3 tomatoes sliced in wedges

1/2 chopped english cucumber

Paul Newmans Honey Mustard dressing

Chop, wash and spin lettuce. Add all ingredients except eggs. Mix well. Add dressing and mix in gently. Plate salad and slice hard boiled egg on top. Enjoy

Marinate the chicken in your favorite marinade %26amp; broil or grill. Make a variation of twice baked potatoes by topping your mashed potatoes with crumbled bacon %26amp; cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly. (You may want to pre-cook the mashed potatoes if they are frozen so that you can ensure they are heated all the way through).
Cut several bacon slices into small pieces, saute in fry pan, add chicken and continue browning, adding some garlic or onion diced (if you have), salt and pepper. Cover and allow to simmer and cook until done. Serve along side cheesy mashed potatoes, topped with butter.
Make a small hole in the chicken and inside that hollow out a cavity.

Stuff the cavity with cheese.

Wrap the chicken with the bacon strips. and use toothpicks to hold in place.

Put the chicken/bacon in the bottom on a pan with your potatoes (sliced if large, whole if small)

Cook at about 350-400 for maybe 40 mins ... not positive about cook times but check it.

:)
For extremely easy I would just marinate the chicken, grill it and bake the potatoes.

You could wrap smaller pieces of chicken in bacon, cut up the potatoes and make kabobs.
Fry up the bacon, crumble. Sear/grill chicken in skillet w/ a bit of the bacon grease. Bake potatoes, top potatoes w/ bacon bits and cheese, serve w/ chicken on side.
