CHICKEN DIVAN
1 cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
(If a 9 x 13 inch pan is used, use 2 packages broccoli.)
DIVAN SAUCE:
Heat together:
enough water to thin sauce to desired consistency
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
Use a greased baking dish, line bottom with cooked broccoli. Cover with cooked chicken meat. Thin sauce enough to cover chicken. Optional: Top sauce with 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Spicy Chicken Spaghetti
* 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
* 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 cup tomato sauce
* 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 whole cooked chicken, deboned and chopped
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place spaghetti in the pot, cook 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
2. In a separate pot, mix the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, green bell pepper, onion, brown sugar, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Mix in the chicken, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes, or until chicken is heated through. Mix in the cooked spaghetti, and serve warm.What are some quick, simple and easy dinner recipes?

I have a great crock-pot roast recipe.
1 beef roast (any cut)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup
put it all in your crock-pot and cook on low 8-10 hours
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes

I always make meatballs with a good tomato sauce.

Prepare the meatballs and fry them in a pan until browned all over (but not cooked through) Place them in an ovenproof dish.
Then heat up a can of tomatoes with 300ml of beef broth (I use an oxo cube) and pour over the meatballs.
Bake in the oven for about 40 mins on 180 degrees C.
Serve with boiled rice.
