Grilled cheese and canned soup is pretty easy. I assume you're allowed to use the stove/oven. Hot dogs and macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, spaghetti and sauce, and fish sticks and fries are all really easy. And don't say it isn't real food just because it's easy! My dinner tonight was a turkey and avocado with chili powder sandwich on wheat bread and a big bunch of grapes. I'm 21 years old, and I love to and am skilled at cooking, but tonight I didn't feel like turning on the stove, even to warm up leftover Chinese food! No-cook meals usually have less dishes, too!
Cooking is a breeze now days. First you must get acquainted with your local grocery store. Clerks are there to help you, so ask for the manager or a clerk to walk around with you.

What you will find:

Frozen dinners already cooked - follow directions on the boxes, warm in microwave. Stick with the big name brands for good taste. Add a can of veggies or frozen veggies as a side dish. Ask a clerk to show you where to find them.

Pre-cooked meats in sealed packages found in the cold section, not in the freezer, (just pop into the microwave for a few minutes) such as baked ham, pot roast with gravy, chops, chicken, meatloaf, and so much more. Ask a clerk to show you where to find them.

Canned meats of all types. Here's just a few:

Chicken; beef; spam; stews; kippers; sardines; tuna; and etc.

Fresh salad greens now come already cut up and in large packages. Buy the pre-washed types. All you have to do is add the salad dressing. Be sure to use by the date on the bag. Salads turn black and need to be thrown away if not used by the printed date on the bag.

Look for things in the frozen foods section that you can make in the microwave there are a bunch! Also you can make corn, baked beans, green beans, garlic toast, and I just made that really good shells and cheese Velveeta mac and cheese in the microwave they just made them and they are surprisingly good! If you cant use the microwave or toaster....your stuck with cereal, fruit, and sandwiches till you grow up...and that is just plain cruel!
fried bologna sandwhich, with mayo, lettuce, on toasted bread;; you need to cut ';spokes'; in the bologna so it doesn't pop up in the middle though;; about 5 will do, but keep a good center or it will slice apart when you flip it over;;YUM!! it's good, goes well with chips!
microwave food? just kiding . umm wat about soup, rice, chicken, a sandwich, or pasta.
Whoa...... then I guess you'll have to go get a Subway or McDonalds burguer hehehe....
