Zucchini

two italian squashes

a small bowl of flour (season it with salt and black ground pepper)

a small bowl of bread crumbs

egg wash(about two eggs)(season it with salt and black ground pepper)

Cut the squash in half, and then into slices. dip each piece into the flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs. fill a skillet with about an inch of oil(or in a small pan use a little bit of oil) and fry the breaded squash. You can dip it in ranch, or ketchup, anything you and your siblings like.

Breaded chicken breasts

Four boneless, skinless, thinned out chicken breast fillets

egg wash(season it with salt and black ground pepper)

bread crumbs

Let the chicken breast fillets marinade in the egg wash for about 15 min (or 30 min if you can). Then cover them in breadcrumbs and fry them. Just let them rest on a plate with napkins to let the oil come off the breasts. and same for the zucchini.
