Anyone know of LACTOSE FREE meal (dinner) recipes that freeze well?

Going to have planned c-section and need either lactose free meals that freeze well, or ones that can be adapted. I can get my hands on lactose free milk, mozz cheese and cheddar cheese but no cream.

Also, better if it can be made in larger quantities. Thank you.Anyone know of LACTOSE FREE meal (dinner) recipes that freeze well?
Look up OAMC recipes (once a month cooking). Lots of ideas in there to cook and freeze large quantities of food.

Good luck!Anyone know of LACTOSE FREE meal (dinner) recipes that freeze well?
Dude, the hospital serves you food while you're there for 3-5 days. And then when you're home just get some microwave stuff. It only takes about two weeks till you feel normal again.

Make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You can have lunch meat, vegetables, dry cereal, cereal bars, rice, chicken, there's so much stuff without dairy in it.
