Favorite quick easy dinner recipes for stay at home dads and moms?

Can I have some, please!

My wife get bored of the same old thing:

Chicken quesidilla

Chilli Mac

Pizza

Big chicken salad (veggie day)

Tottelinni (white or red, chicken or sausage)

and a couple others.

Simple and quick, because I have three kids under 5!!!Favorite quick easy dinner recipes for stay at home dads and moms?
Pasta bakes- I boil penne or ziti pasta, and while that's cooking, I sautee mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, or whatever else I have on hand. Once the pasta's done, I drain in and put in in a casserole dish, then layer on the sauteed veggies, as well as other veggies (like olives or broccoli), pepperoni slices, and a jar of spaghetti sauce. Then I top it all with cheese and bake it for about 10 or 15 minutes at 350, until the cheese is melty.

These are nice, because you can put anything in that the kids like (or leave out what they don't like!)

Breakfast for dinner- Pancakes, bacon, eggs or omlettes, fresh fruit.Favorite quick easy dinner recipes for stay at home dads and moms?
All in one pot!

Brown some chopped onions and peppers in some oil. Then add ground beef or turkey (healthier). Once all that is browned and seasoned add enough salsa to cover and a couple tablespoons of sour cream as desired. Right before ready to serve you may wish to add some shredded cheese. Serve with rice or just as a dip with tortilla chips!

Put cheese on top or eat with your sandwich, or crackers.

Crock pot baby! My favorite thing in my kitchen. Just get some chicken, pork, ribs or whatever kind of meat you want to put in there - throw on some yummy marinade and let it cook all day long! Serve it up with some veggies and rice - Perfect, simple meal!
Chicken breasts cooked in cream of mushroom soup over extra wide egg noodles.
Grilled salman:

One of the easists meals I make is to thaw chicken breasts and marinate them in either soy sauce, garlic and olive oil; or put seasoned salt, garlic, etc, on them and saute them on the stove top. I serve this with rice-a-roni (in a complementary flavor) and then a veggie and canned fruit. It's a fast and pretty well balanced meal.
