Dinner Recipes?

I need some recipes with not a whole lot of ingredients-can't afford them all, that involves chicken or beef. I would really appreciate it. Do not give me the name of a website, I search there all the time, no jerk answers either. Serious answers only. Full recipes please. Thank you!Dinner Recipes?

Sweet Sour Pork Chops

The Four Ingredient Cookbooks by Lina Coffee and Emily Cale

Serves 6-8

Bake 350 degrees

1 hour

Ingredients:

6 to 8 thick pork chops

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup Honey

Mix honey, soy sauce, and chili sauces. Place pork chops in greased 3 quart casserole. Pour mixture over chops. Bake for 1 hour.

I made a little changes with the following recipe. I used pork chops instead of pork tenderloin. I don't have tomato sauce, instead I mixed a 6 oz of tomato paste with 3 cans of water for this recipe. I use this to put inside a casserole dish and bake at a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and still tastes great.

If you have the experience to cook , look my 360 page. There is a recipe.
Chicken is great because you can put any spice on it and it will taste great. You can use italian seasoning, garlic, curry, or just salt and pepper. Don't be afraid of using a lot of seasoning. No matter what spice you use, put it in a pan with some water and bake it at 375. The water will keep it from drying out. If you want, you could put wine in the pan instead of water and not use any spice. That tastes great too. You can use a cheap wine and it will be fine.
Enjoy!!!!

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen baby carrots, thawed, drained

Shepard's Pie is easy and can be made for under 5.00

Ingredients

Hamburger Meat

Corn

Mashed Potatoes ( Instant or Homemade)

Bacon Bits ( optional )

Cheese any kind is fine whatever you like if it melts really well all the better

Cook up hamburger meat, season to taste i usually add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to taste.

While the hamburger meat is cooking prepare potatoes by directions on the box, i have found that cold potatoes spread better so if you make them ahead you will have an easier time at getting them in the casserole dish

Drain meat after done cooking

Spread about half the potatoes onto the bottom of casserole dish, put meat over the potatoes sprinkle on bacon bits if so desired, place corn over that and the cheese on top of the corn, put the rest of the potaoes on top of that and then sprinkle more cheese on top if so desired, you can put the ingredients in any order except for the potatoes it is what holds it all together.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and brown cheese if so desired on the broil setting on your oven

prep takes about 15 minutes

Enjoy
